I have placed the below order “cello Hot Wave Microwavable Lunch Box 3 Containers Lunch Box”.
I have place order on 17th Sept 2023 and while placing the delivery date was 20th Sept 2023, but the status was not yet shipped yet and I received the same on 23rd Sept 2023. And the product I received is having issue so I required for replacement of the order the same day (23rd Sept 2023) and the replacement delivery date is shown 1st Oct 2023 and which again got changed to 3rd Oct 2023 you can see status in below screen not yet received to Hyderabad Hub.
Upon call to customer care this time also I got the same answer which I get every time “We understand your concert, will help you and its logistic issue” their jobs are done. We must keep follow up.
This is wanted I hear every time I call customer support. I am going to take this to consumer court. The way support talks to us, and solution given and cutting the call. I am not making call for entertain or waste my time.
