This complaint is regarding ekart logistics in government medical college dungarpur rajasthan 314001.
When we place orders from any online retailers and they are shipped by ekart sometimes they refuse to deliver at the mentioned address and ask us to collect our items from their office which is at 12km away from our given address even if they deliver the parcel when there is a matter of return or replacement they staright refuse for picking up the item and ask to deliver the parcel at their address. It’s been 3 days for my last return request and no one has shown up for pickup. What am I supposed to do now? Therefore i m lodging complaint against myntra and ekart for the same.
