I had ordered Titan traq watch of Rs.7999/- from Amazon which was delivered to me on 22nd October, 2021. Since, I did not like the product i asked for replacement of that watch with Titan Regalia watch of Rs.7495/-. But Amazon says that this replacement cannot be done and I am being forced to use the product which I don’t want to. This is pure harassment from Amazon and no customer satisfaction from their end.
I am not asking for refund of money but replacement of product with same value. Kindly help me out with replacement or refund of money as early as possible.
