This complaint is regarding the wrong product delivered by the sender 49, Pipal wala Mohala, Badli, near R Gas Agency, North West Delhi. In our order, some seamless bras were ordered but on opening, nothing was received as ordered. In stead of it, a second hand old dress was delivered of no use. Now when it comes to return and refund, there is no contact number to talk on the delivery packet. It seems that this vendor is fraud and publishes false advertisements on line and loots the hard earned money of innocent people. I would request the authorities to take a strict and prompt action against this vendor so that the other people can be saved from his fraud. I would request to take action against the delivery company Ekart Logistics Surface as well who supports such touts.
Dear Sir/ Mam, kindly refund my money (Rs. 999) from this vendor at your earliest. It was paid by Amazon pay by me on 04/05/23 at 11:44 am and screen shot is also being attached with this application.
