I had ordered a pair of white sneakers but I had received a grey colour which was not the same as mentioned in the description and image and after trying I didn’t like the fit of the product too, so I tried from the past 12 days to return the product and have been calling every single day and they ask to me respond but I don’t get any email and any way I can get back on my request to return. They have no responsibility to get back regarding this issue and despite multiple efforts of trying to return I am not able to return it for unknown reasons and I need a refund for it as I am not satisfied by the action of the seller rejecting my request and Flipkart taking no action against my constant complaint in spite of being a plus member
