I ordered PETER ENGLAND Men Checkered Casual White Shirt 100% cotton on 12th May 2022 the item was delivered by 17 May 2022. As per product details, it was 100% cotton material. However, the details on the product, it is not 100% cotton. It is made of 71% cotton and rest polyester or other synthetic material. Therefore, I am not interested to purchase the product which is not as per the product details given on website. That’s why I requested for return timely which was approved on 18 May 2022. Pick up was also arranged by Flipkart for 31.05.2022 but the executive boy did not take it as it was not reflecting on his mobile while collecting. So he suggested that pick up would be arranged tomorrow i.e. 01.06.2022. I also tried to get help on the app but there is no such category for complain as per the issue faced by me.
Though, no pick up has been arranged as of now by Flipkart nor any executive has contacted me for the pick up.
Hence, my refund for the product is still pending with Flipkart. Thus, Flipkart may arrange pick up for the item as mentioned in subject and process for a refund for which I am still waiting after a month. This is very first time, I’m facing such a small issue which is unresolved for a month. In case of any other information, Flipkart may talk to me any time to resolve my issue/grievance.
