I have ordered lenovo K6 Power mobile through flipkart. received a faulty product mobile is not getting turned on. i placed return request and technician came and confirmed it is faulty product. next day ecom express people called but i did not lift the call. next day my return request cancelled my request with out calling me or informing.
now please refund my amount and collect your faulty phone.
customer care is not helping they are helpless.
