We purchased a furniture from Gozefo and accordingly as per their return policy of 3 days we requested for a return and refund the very next day after the product was delivered because of the defect and low quality. The order was delivered on August 8 2020 and from August 9 I have been trying to contact and get a response from them but the Team is highly irresponsible with us. I kindly request you to look into this complaint and make the company act at the earliest.
