This is for your pathetic and incomplete information over the ordr services from I purchased an Air conditiom (MQRQ by FLIPKART) with the order id OD118897397586160000 on 14th June, 2020 and which got delivered on 16th June, 2020 then technicians came to my location for Demo and Installation from there my problem got started as you can see with the bow screen shot from my order three is no Installation fee mention rs 1599 buy technician forced us to pay with the help of you people as there was no proof as well from my order about the installation fee and they also asked us to pay 1200 rs for AC stand which I agreed when they have open Compressor box over there Copper Wire was missing so technician said he is going to raise the complain from his side but he is not sure whether they are going to get Copper Wire or not and they have asked me to contact you. So called you and spoke to one of the representatives and he said as per the information this product can not be exchange as seller is not providing any exchange on this but refund is the only option I had it but first of I am surprised here as per the Flipkart MARQ AIR CONDITION by them and I do not know what is role of seller on this as th is direct coming from flipkart still I told them to return the product and raise the refund on this and he advise me to wait as there will be technician visit then the can process the refund. Since the time I spoke to that person I was getting messages and call regarding the installation after telling them multiple time about my concerns they never stopped moreover I got the direct call from JEEVES as well and I told them the same thing but that was not stopped and they were forcing me to install it. After the week I have not received any confirmation about my return and refund but today it self I got the call from Jeeves regarding the installation I do know why but today my installation cancelled when I told them about the complaint. Now I am waiting for my refund and return the product and over the order details you people tried to took the money for installation as that was not mentioned on my order.
