have been waiting for my return to be picked up for couple of weeks and amazon customer care service is horrible. I get to hear from the cce i spoke that coz of the great Indian sale ,return pick ups are getting delayed, if you are not able to handle these then why are you even hosting a sale? I had booked for the return pick up twice and still they say they are not able to honour the pick up and i need to keep booking endlessly? Wat a worst customer service?

Already twice i had initiated for my return pick up and it is very humiliating to see the review is not posted. I am gonna put it on the net. Can you solve this and initiate a refund asap and i dont care when you want to pick up the product return
