Hello Sir,
I am continuously following up regarding my #order id : 6035522418 in paytm . I have received the product on 16 th September,2018 and placed the return request on 18th September,2018 because i got the defective product. After that i am continuously following up by creating return request ticket, but still the issue is not resolved yet . Paytm customer care representative promised several times that Shadow fax courier service will come to my place to pick up the defective product , and they will refund my money once they will get the product . But no one came to my place till now . I have raised the concern several time via phone , email , chat and everytime they promised that issue will resolve within next two day . But that NEXT TWO DAYS never came .
Do let me know how to resolve this issue asap , as am frustrated since last two months by continuously following up .
