I had ordered iPhone 6s from Amazon and there was someone mistake when e requested for return. Firstly I returned the mobile via dtdc courier but Amazon did not accept my mobile and came back me. Again I contacted for the same and reached Jeff Bezos and Amit agarwal’s team for the same which is higher escalation team and again they told me to return myself. My huge amount is being stuck and no one is helping. There would request to take legal action so that I could receive my refund.
