Text of Complaint by Pradeep Singh:

On 7th of December 2022, I ordered a men’s 2 piece suit which had a cost of ₹1,999. On 8th of December, this order was delivered to my address however the product was completely different. A ladies garments type skirt was inside the package and then on the same day I had requested for a refund since replacement option was not provided at sellers end (confirmed by Flipkart support team over call). However, Flipkart has rejected my return request 6 times already and it is already 29th of December 2022. I keep on calling them and they keep on asking me to wait 72 hours for resolution but they do not provide any resolution. They haven’t even approved the return request and have refused to provide refund.
