I bought kaftan set from Myntra. I placed return request on 23-24 may. I got different colour product and Missing glitter from lower end. Size is not suitable as I ordered xxl but it is tight so I want to return. I put a request to return and refund. Their call agent said he can’t come on my address and tell me to place new request after cancelled it. So When I place the new request the window was closed so I contacted customer service he said I’ll place your request and he placed the request with refund bank mode without asking my permission. I want refund in Myntra wallet. When I contacted again he asked me a reason for return pickup. When I told him everything and reasons he placed a request but my issue has not resolved yet as my claim has rejected they said they deliver the seal product with proper quality check. I send them images from where glitter is faded and missing. Even I also tell them please check the colour. I got purple colour but on site it was in Burgundy colour. They misbehave me and don’t understand the reason.
