Dear Sir/Madam.
This is with reference to my Paytm order . I had order 2 tops of fabrange red and a black. I received both the tops in one poly bag with a single invoice. And delivered to my residence address at uccassaim Goa. However due to size issues I had placed a return on the site. I had also chosen my official address Renault showroom taleigao for pick up of return.
Now when Paytm sends the request for pick up they send 2 different courier persons and those courier persons are asking me for the polybag along with top.
How would I give both of them the polybag as I had received one.
After which the courier picked the red top and then next day rejected my return due to quality checks that’s due to polybag not available.
I then called Paytm more that 6 times to get a solution however no answer and solution from them.
I only get one answer we looking into the same.
Now yesterday I checked Paytm they have changed themselves my return pickup address to my residential address. And again say that there was no parcel there.
I need solutions from Paytm for the following:
refund my money for both tops and take the parcel however and whenever they want and tell me the pick up address.
Second why has my pick up address changed
third why is Paytm asking me 2 seperate poly bags , when they send me one poly bag with both tops.
need immediate resolution.
