I have purchased Samsung 1.5 T AC from Tata Cliq on dated 17.04.2022 against Order ID:119651664. I have received only indoor unit of AC on 22.04.2022 and outdoor unit of AC was not delivered to me.
I have lodged complaint for this partial receipt of order on Tata Cliq customer care on same day i.e. 22.04.2022. They asked me to wait and did not confirm what to do.
I have shared required images of product along with invoice attached to box on whats app number of large appliance team of Tata Cliq on dated 26.04.2022 and complaint number : 06838584 (27.04.2022) has been provided which was never resolved / provided with status update as on 14.05.2022 and instead a new complaint number was provided 07089434 to me on 12.05.2022.
On non receipt of any resolution, i have initiated return request on 25.04.2022 through Tata Cliq Application. Still no response was provided on my return request.
At last i had posted my issue on face book page of Tata Cliq Electronics on 27.04.2022 and ticket number: 06862896 was provided to me.
Next day case manager has been assigned and he (Marshall) has called me for resolution of issue with return of partial order and issuing refund to me. He also promised to provide status update on daily basis however he never provided me any status update. I had messaged many times of face book regarding resolution / status update on my partial order return request approval and refund but i have been asked to wait and wait and that their concern team is working.
They have again raised a ticket: 07089434 to their large appliance team on 10.05.2022 however still as on date (14.05.2022), I have not received any solution to my return request.
I have purchased this AC for my senior citizen parents and they are forced to suffer in very hot / harsh summer with temperature of 45 degree.
I want speedy return and refund against partial order by Tata Cliq, if not provided with timely resolution, I would lodge formal legal notice against Tata Cliq for mental harassment, wastage of time and money, hardship etc.
