Sir/Madam,
I received Cello Novelty Triplex Plastic 2 Door Cupboard with 4 Shelves (Blue and Grey) which i ordered vide order No. 405-5753237-2003538 dated 31.08.2023.
when I opened the delivered product I found it was damaged and defective from inside.
i requested so many times through chat as well as through phone calls to the customer care agents to get me refund against the delivery of defective product they ware found them selves unable to do the same due to some changes in the shipping address. i tried so many times to make the address same but since some of the columns gets auto filled i am unable to make changes in them from my side.
therefore, please consider the issue seriously and fix it as soon as possible
