I ordered Dlink DIR 615 router from flipkart and got deleviered on 15/11/22. I was facing range issue in product hence claimed refund within one hour of time span on 15/11/22. It has been 10 days post request still not resolved. Tried contacting customer service multiple times but they say technicial will arrive at scheduled date and time. It has been rescheduled 2 times still no one arrived. I think they are just scamming with defective products and very poor customer service. Had to face so much harrasement. Request to please take action
