i have purchased a nike jacket charcoal and grey colour size small with order no-1101494-1148704-3783403 .they delivered damage and defective product ( stitching problem ) . so i raised a return request with return request no-4022193081 on 13th feb 2019 and delivery came to pick up the product and hold the return and told to get approval for this return . I contacted myntra customer care and raised a complaint but after 2 days they declined my return . so , i raised another return request with return no-4022683877 for the same product and this time i sent the images to myntra customer care and again they cancelled my approval . they told we delivered the product after post quality inspection I got damaged product and myntra forced to customer to keep the damage product . they are doing fraud with customer and looted our money . only i want my money back .
