Text of Complaint by Sarita singh:

I had ordered a saree on meesho and it’s get delivered on 15 th August 2022. But on the same day after delivering the saree , delivery agent said that we had another order of the same saree of same amount 964 but we haven’t order 2 sarees. So he said it must be a mistake, cancel this order and then he sent an OTP for cancellation and cancel the order I have received. Now I want to return this saree because it’s of bad quality and I have uploaded the image of the saree on meesho app on the same day 15 August,2022. But I am not able to return it because on their application the product is showing as cancelled.Now it has been around 13 days of complain but no action is taken by meesho they are just mailing me and on calls they are just saying the issue will be resolved but not resolved till yet.
