I have purchased a Hindware WP Calisto RO on 3rd June 22, Order RDF33149992 and installation was done on 7th June 22. This is a worst product i have ever seen it almost takes 2.5hrs to fill just 7 ltr of tank and worst part is that water wastage is 20 ltr such a horrible product. I want to return this product and kindly provide my refund alongwith points which was redeemed. Kindly arrange the pickup and refund my amount as soon as possible. I have sent a mail also they have closed my complaint saying i have confirmed to close i never confirmed for closing my request the i Sent a mail again they replying that engineering found nothing with the ro what nonsense i have raise issue in return and i have also told this is the issue then why you are not giving my amount how can a normal ro takes 2.5 hr to fill 7 ltr water
