Dear Sir/Madam, This letter serves as a formal request for return & a full refund on the product that I bought from flipkart company. I purchased a [vip echolite suitcase set of 3], and paid a total amount of [11049]. It seems that the product is missing in the package. I only got 1 suitcase and that’s of another brand and colour.I have raised my issue many times to customer support but no response. Now I want them them to arrange a pickup of what I got and refund the money asap.
