As I have ordered an item from Amazon and when I received it. It’s colour is totally different from what is shown there(amazon) when I saw the review of other they also raised the same complaint so, i simply just returned it and next the their pickup boy come and collect the order from me . After 10 days when I haven’t received any refund so i contact them and they said they’ll raise an investigation against it and I’ll have to contact them after 3 days . After 3 days when I contact them they refused to give me any refund they said there team have denied my refund. I don’t know what’s my mistake in this I have refund the same item what they sent me and now they are refusing.
