Hi,

I have ordered Water Dispenser from amazon.in , they deiliverd me the defected product, so immediately i have requested for return/replacement. (please refer enclosed Screen shot taken from amazon). I have done this on last year May’2021.
From that date to till date amazon didnt arranged for any retun pickup. i have discussed several times with amazon customer service via mail, calls and chat, if got a response earlier but now they are not responsind to me. ( Mails received from amazon enclosed).

i was stcuk up with the defective product now and amazon is not helping me.

Kindly help me.
