I have purchased one Women crocs clogs off-white colored from Flipkart dated 22-09-2022 with Order ID: OD226067243353603000. This order has multiple items and total order value was 8,511.00. The amount successfully debited from my bank account (Serial No in statement: 6631804121) & confirmation ID for that provided from my bank is : 636898. Bank confirmed that if transaction fails then it happens to all your products. individual transaction can’t be failed and can’t be void. I have called and shared my bank statements to Flipkart multiple times but every time they close my issue by saying as resolved and transaction was void from Bank. I have contacted my bank also multiple times and with grievance team of bank. Bank provided me the successful transaction details as a confirmation ID. Then how flipkart and their seller says it’s a void transaction? I am very sure that seller is lying or there is an issue with the Flipkartās payment system. They don’t want deep dive in the concern and providing solution to their customers. Every time they says me to reinitiate your complain or contact seller from your end. Their senior team and customer support team is useless. They don’t even reply to my mails. I have mailed for this concern many times from my registered email ID to Customer Support ,
outreach@flipkart.com,
grievance.officer@flipkart.com but not a single time I have received a reply from them.
It’s been more than a month now. Help me to get my money back.
