On 25 December 2018 I visit Mr. Pardeep sangwan [mobile no.-9255560005/Shop name-Janki telecom services Bhiwani Haryana near opposite hospital] who is a seller of your airtel wifi-hotspot. i asked him for a Airtel hotspot because i want to purchase it then he told me that the airtel hotspot is out of stock and you may come after 2-3 days and he also told me the cost of device is 999. In between these days i purchased a airtel prepaid sim then i interact to Mr.Pardeep sangwan on a call for asking about my Airtel hotspot then he replied me that your hotspot is now in stock so you may come and purchase it. On 1 january when i again visited his shop he told me that you have to first purchase a Airtel postpaid sim from me with a hotspot it is compulsory because it’s a rule of the Airtel company. You cant get a single hotspot for a prepaid sim. Then i returned to my home and on same day i call to 121 Airtel costumer care number and i told all the things that the retailer told me and the costumer care senior officer[Karthik senior supervisor] replied me that we don’t have any rule like it. The retailer have to give you a single hotspot whether you have a prepaid or a postpaid sim. But the retailer is not giving me a Airtel hotspot device because he wants me to purchase a postpaid sim along with the hotspot. On 2 January when i again visited the shop and told Mr.Pardeep sanwan that i had talked to an airtel costumer care supervisor and he said me that you can purchase a single Airtel hotspot device but Mr.Pardeep sangwan completely denied that he will not allow me to purchase a single hotspot device. So i request you to give a notice cum direction to Mr. Pardeep sanwan to allow me to puchase a Single Airtel Hotspot without puchasing any sim from his shop. And i request you to take a legal action on Mr. Pardeep sangwan for this harassment.
