I am trying to exchange two items due to size issue from an order but one of the item does not have tag and was defective item, as it came that way and one of the items have a tag, but the pickup guy said it is not valid and he is unable to scan it. So now I have left them emails and I called them but no one seems to bother to help me.
This was my first order so I didn’t knew about the bad services they had. I want to file a complaint against this issue so no one else will face it again. Please help.
