On 25.11.2021, I made a purchase of few garments from online store called Ray.fab for Rs. 1446. I paid online and got an order confirmation but since then there has been no update. The address and phone no given is wrong. No mail is responded. The transaction is done through payU. The email from Payu says it is on behalf of Club.online, however my account says amount credited to Sari Bhandar Surat. I have tried calling them but invalid number
