Dear Sir,
Kindly help me out as I’m a middle class family man. Actually resume search company based in Surat has called regarding giving a project for filling a resume. He has given a 600 resume for filling & each resume he told to pay Rs.30.
I have completed 240 resume by day & night. Now this company is taking legal action against me to pay either Rs.6500 or ready to face an article 72,73 & 74 of 1872.
I have transferred Rs.4000 online but now they are threating me to pay the balance or come to the cibil court of Surat. This is completely cheating & I’m in great tension. Kindly helpe out. What to do kindly tell me soon.
