Text of Complaint by PRANSHU SHARMA:

two months back I saw an add relating to work, I found this company and did inquire about the work, that point of time I was not studying and thought od doing some job and earn for my coaching classes.

on-call the man was talking to me very correctly and did not tell me about any kind of charges, he said you just have to complete the work in 7 days.

with all my will and hard work, I started doing the work, but soon I realized its an impossible task so on the 5th day I received the first msg from the company that “tomorrow is your last day to finish the task, call for date extension to avoid charges”, I called the person he then started talking to me rudely, I requested to extend some time on which he said that the extensions are paid.

I asked him to deduct the extension charges from the amount from which you will pay me then he kept the call without listening to me.

after that, I left my exam and completed all the 200 last pending resume in one night and I was sure about the accuracy. even after 5 days the wallet on the account of the website.

then I suddenly saw 75 out of 600 resumes have been failed and the reasons were just not relevant, all the information I entered were correct still they were not listening to me.

still, I asked them that I have not left my work in between then how can you ask me to do any kind of payments to you, as it was clearly mentioned that in case you are not able to maintain 90% accuracy than 2 rupees per resume will be given.

I asked them to pay me  2 rupees per resumes for those 75 resumes and 300 for the rest which are correct.

they denied and started abusing me, I blocked his number then again suddenly yesterday I got a “WARNING MAIL” in which a “LEGAL LAW FIRM” wrote to me that if I will not pay the charges of 7650 they will file a suit against me in the surat district court under sec 72 of the Indian contract act, which is actually an irrelevant section which they used.

and now they have started sending me ransom text related to that my case has been registered by the resume filling company and if still they will not pay me the money ill get a legal notice and they will get me into jail and other serious trouble.

also, they asked for my aadhar card photo and also asked me to just write the name using the mouse pad on my laptop which they later applied as my digital signature on the contract which is actually fake (i did inquiry from a lawyer of high court)
