Respected sir
I got a call from Resume filling company established in surat. They asked me to fill Resume . I need job so i Signature on a agreement. After two days i received a call and i told him i can’t able to do work she told me do. After 10 days I received a call from their legal department. After this i received message, call and mail. I am very depressed and I pay 6490 via phone pay. Please take action on company and refund my money as possible.

Few days ago I got a call from the resume filling company , Surat. They asked me to fill 600 resumes within 7 days and in return they will pay me 15k rupees..They send me message and didn’t tell anything regarding what will be done if I’ll fail in completing my work and achieving the 90% accuracy.. and they told me to start the work immediately and they sent me an agreement via email after signing in to their portal. Just because I wanted to help my family financially in this critical situation I thought this would be a great chance for me to do something for my family. But I thought I should get to know about the company and checked about this online…and got to know about how they target people and harrass them for paying money even if they complete their work on the basis of 90% accuracy which is impossible to achieve. If I were aware about the agreement I hadn’t started the work.. but it was late so I thought to give my 100% and completing the work within time period. And after working continuously 14-15 hrs per day I completed my work.. but now they are threatening me to pay 6500 rupees on the name of portal charges and all because they are saying I haven’t received the 90% accuracy. And if I won’t pay them they will file the complainant in the court and I have to pay them 40-45k for this… I am not in a condition to pay them..They are fraud and harrassing me now..Please help me.
