In the recent cyclone Amphan my dish turned a little bit as a result the connection was lost on 20th of may. On 23 rd May I lodged a complain No 1-23F1OQOP to resolve the petty matter.
But I am very sorry to say after almost half a month the matter is not resolved, moreover the operator misbehaved and lied many times with my father, also disconnected the phone and many times false assurance that it will get resolved within an hour.
My father is a senior citizen and he was very much offended with his behavior. I contacted with the customer care and also had a chat with their executives but of no results.
