I was ordering food from zomato earlier they also charged restaurant charges now i was again ordering from the wendy’s food outlet in kharar ,mohali ,punjab. The bill total should be 121(inclusive if delivery charges)their were extra 31 charges of restaurant packing charges , and this is illegal

dont order then. todays consumer wants everything for free . free wifi, free led to watch sports,AC, couch seatgings,best servic e and food. but wants everything cheap and free. its your choice that while making or placing order if you dont want to buy then dont buy. Govt is just doing vote bank politics. First of all licence fees is so high, then rentals, water n electricity,manpower and raw material costs. If consumer wants they can pick up from the joint with their own dabba. delivery charges and pacaging are convienient service at door. nothing wrong in paying for getting everything at doorstep
