Recently we have been to Rush Sports cafe & Bar near madhapur, we have booked the restaurants in one of the restaurant booking apps. Apart form there we have taken some drinks there for which they have given a bill, attached the same copy for your reference. As we can see that there is no GSTIN number in the bill and when we enquired about the same they said that TIN number is the GSTIN number and we argued the same that is not the format of the GSTIN. They haven’t responded again without GSTIN number they are charging 18% tax and also Service charge which is unfair practice.
