Text of Complaint by Nitin Shankar:

I had ordered a food item from a restaurant named The Manish Eating point, Aashiyana, Lucknow by using Swiggy Platform. The food was ordered at 8:12PM but after continuous delay in the order when I called the restaurant at 11:12PM on 1 September, they didn’t respond and cancelled the order immediately.
They have held my order for almost 3 hours but never replied back to me that they will not be able to fulfill the order. This grave issue left me with no other option of ordering again but only few resturants where accepting order at that time.
I again placed order with another restuarant that too got cancelled.
Cancellation of order that they have received and held for 3 hours and send refund should never be and appropriate option for a restaurant.
I would like to escalate this issue to get a proper resolution for the same.
