The restaurant did not give proper service and more over they are very rude and arrogant. We did not like the service and they are forcing us to pay the service charge and leave the restaurant. Mr Ganesh being the cashier he said he can not remove after discussing with Mr Biswajit he never even apologized after abusing; and discussing with the floor manager Mr Manish he never agreed to remove the service charge. The whole team is really rude and i want to take legal actions against the restaurant team and management.
