Hi,

I am a Paytm customer and my paytm number is 9650064448.I have booked a Spicejet flight from Delhi to Bagdogra on  21 April 2020. The flight was cancelled by the airlines and they have added the amount of 20856 in my credit shell amount, whereas the amount in paytm is 17000.

I have approached Paytm customer care on 14th Feb,2021 for rescheduling my flight  to 23 Feb 2021 and 28th Feb 2021 (Return). I called multiple times and all they have to say is that your request is under process and they will approach me within 24 hours. Its been more than 4 days now and I never received a call on the same. I am literally tired calling the Paytm customer care again and again for getting the same response.

Flights fare are increasing day by day. I have to make other travel bookings as well , can not progress until the flights are booked. Please solve this issue attaching the screenshots and details below.
