Sir i am satish kumar i order for Nord Nonpluses. 5g , 12gb Ram , 256Gb, Storage Gray Ash .Color. they send me the Blue color. with box damaged No Sim ejector. mobile cover in the box they send to me . so i am asking to exchange . ang give me the ordered color new sealed box. but they are not giving proper message and not receiving the call . saying only text message receiving and not responding to our request . saying we have given to dealer. he is not answering to our call .Order; No 71107700075472, Courier; NO AWB-19041105081081 . I called several times no any reply Shivansh Singh, Customer Success Manager No.916262593639, and Dealer ; No 9977631122 using bad words. Not respond to call. and this No; 9827352727 .customer number no any answer. i request to send me the order color and new sealed box . Gray Ash 5g 12gb Ram 256 Gb storage . order on 30/01/2021 . recived On 10/02/2021 from the day i received i am giving the mail no any respone so request to do needful sir Thank you
