Dear [flipkart],
We would like to inform you that there is a missing item from the products we ordered from your company. The item Active (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) Puppy Chicken and Vegetables 6 kg (2×3 kg) Dry Young Dog Food but i received only 3kg product and get one 3kg product was not included in the box that you sent us on order date 11.09.2023. Order ID – OD329123498997977100 Please return 3kg package item and get (2x3kg) 6kg product. I had complained instantly to the customer support team but they’re not helpful and have raised many complaint about this issue but unfortunately there is no response on the same, so I am here to seek for your help.
We would be grateful if you would supply us with the missing items as quickly as possible.
