Requesting a return & refund of my payment

Dear Sir/Madam,

This letter serves as a formal request for return & a full refund on the product that I bought from your company, through your Online Store.

I purchased a [philoshop shoe stand and chappal stand rack], and paid a total amount of [759].

It seems that the product is defective in the package. I had complained instantly to the customer support team but they’re not helpful and have raised many complaint about this issue but unfortunately there is no response on the same, so I am here to seek for your help.

I read your terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a return the defective product within 14 days return product policy.

I attached the receipt that I got with the product as proof it was purchased from your company.

I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for returning the product and receiving a refund.

    I have purchased a tempted glass for my motrola edge 20 fesune,
    This Phone also i but from Flipkart only and I ordered tempered glass as well first time they didn’t send,
    second time they sent the broken,
    third time they sent small and size which will not suit for my phone and now at least take it back and refund it fully or replace with the right product given time

    And my order delivered on 4 March 2023 but the deliver product not my order then I return these orders on 4 March 2023 but 2 time my return request cancelled by delivery boy without my location (pick up). Point agents my order return request but today 12 th of March my return request cancelled and show my order details. Are return policy End On 11th March my complaint are worang product deliver them we need refund my amount

  4. This is to bring to your notice that I have ordered Elica WD TFL HAC 90 MS NERO with Installation Kit Included Auto Clean Wall Mounted Chimney (Black 1425 CMH) from Flipkart on 10/Mar/2023. But found the product defeated, the technician told that there is a problem in blower & too much Noise coming from the product. I registered my complaint on 15th March and expected a return or exchange. But no action has been taken by 28/03/2023 till date.
    This is something I ordered for my mother as she is an asthma patient and we require this on an urgent basis.
    I need your immediate action here. I am highly disappointed with your services.

  5. It was a terrible experience to shop from Flipkart….. product was totally different..and now they are not passing the quality check…. what the hell i can do…if i have given that third class sunglasses…..i need to return it .. plz accept the quality check
