Myself Khanderao Venkata Ravi Chandra with registered mobile number +919493885616 in Amazon.in. I recently purchased with order 403-8006957-0809105
Vu TV 55 inches product damaged in display identified and reported by Service Engineer at the time of installation he only open the box noticed and reported the same to his reporting manager. The confirmation made by Amazon installation Service Engineer Mobile number +919030408332 that the product damaged during courier he informed to Amazon customer support Team as well.
I never experienced such kind of damaged product delivery and even delivery person asked for money Tips, he does not opened box nothing explained to us, simply he kept the product at home asked otp for delivery we have said otp which came to Mobile message. I believe delivery agent are very complicated persons doing cheating wrong things to customer
Now I definitely required replacement of Vu TV. Please kindly do needful
