Requesting for refund of undelivered items
Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter serves as a formal request for refund on the products that I have ordered and paid but did not received.
I have ordered 25 items under single order (Order ID – OD226098601333500000) during last big billion day offer at 26th September 2022. Among these, only 18 items I had received till date and seven items was missing.
At the day if delivery, the delivery man came and asked my family members for OTP while I was at office. He didn’t make any call before coming to my home. My wife taken OTP from me over phone that time and shared with the delivery man instantly before checking the items. Then she made request him to show all the items, but he left in hurry by dumping all the items on the floor without showing. Subsequently, during checking, it was found that the following 7 items were missing:
1. Colgate zig-zag toothbrush (Rs. 58)
2. Mayurank big sagu
3. Revive liquid fabric stiffener
4. Parle Aloo bhujia (Rs. 105)
5. Kwality Choco Flakes Pouch (Rs. 180)
6. Head and shoulder shampoo (Rs. 414)
7. Little’s wipes (Rs. 171)
I had complained instantly to the customer support team twice but they’re not helpful. Later I have raised many complaints about this issue but unfortunately they have refunded amount of only two items (Mayurank big sagu & Revive liquid fabric stiffener) via return option. For the remaining 5 items there is no response till date. So, I am here to seek your help to get Rs. 928 refund.
