Text of Complaint by Rohan Kudiya:

I had ordered a product on Flipkart on 6th October a wall clock and it was delivered but when I opened it up it was broken so I immediately requested for a replacement. Then replacement never happened and I received a message and update that the replacement product is delivered. But I never received any product. I had continuously called up Flipkart customer care for resolution but they would only make incidents and give false assurance. Now the refund period is over and still there is no resolution from Flipkart.
