Had a worst experience with Airtel. I requested to add my Airtel postpaid number 9880806607 to family plan to my primary number 9008002220 form last two month, but yesterday 9880806607 number was disconnected without intimation and I called customer care they r tolding that we have system up gradation wait for 72 hours. These is the service ur giving to customer that customer need to wait for 72 hours without network!!???
Hope I can get network asap
