I hope you are doing well. My name is Alavi Mohamed Roomi, and I am the owner of Zikzen.com. I am writing to formally request the removal of a fake complaint posted on your website by someone calling themselves “Saman Kumara.”

This complaint falsely accuses me and my business of fraudulent activities and unethical behavior. However, these claims are baseless and appear to be driven by malicious intent. The same individual also attempted to post a fake review on Trustpilot, which was subsequently removed after they failed to provide any proof. You can view the comment I have made in above fake complaint.
Because your platform is widely viewed by potential customers, the continued presence of this complaint significantly harms my business reputation. I respectfully request the removal of this post or that the individual be asked to provide verifiable evidence supporting their allegations.
