Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I had ordered a shoetopia women black heels from flipkart which I returned on 16th sept as they had send me wrong heel size and since then I am waiting for my refund which I haven’t received till now but the status shows as refund completed from their end. When I tried to reach customer service via chat they are not answering and neither giving me any resolution instead just transferring my chat to one another. I even told them to arrange a call back for me but they didn’t even do that.
Request you to please help me on to get my refund amount of 534rs from flipkart.
