Dear Valmo Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I’ve been facing with the delivery person currently assigned to my area. Unfortunately, their behavior has been consistently unprofessional and discourteous during recent deliveries.
I kindly request that a different delivery person be assigned to handle my future parcels. I believe this change will help ensure a smoother and more respectful delivery experience.
