Requesting a return & refund of my payment

Dear Sir/Madam,

This letter serves as a formal request for return & a full refund on the product that I bought from your company, through your Online Store.

I purchased a [LIBAS women kurta and plazzo (M,Blue], and paid a total amount of [RS.1274/-] and order confirmed as on 08/08/2023.

It seems that the product is old and used T-shirt in the package. I had complained instantly to the customer support team but they’re not helpful and have raised many complaint about this issue but unfortunately there is no response on the same, so we request you to please look into the matter and do the needful action from your end, I need your help ASAP.

I read your terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a return the defective product within 10 days return product policy.

I attached the receipt that I got with the product as proof it was purchased from your company.

I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for returning the product and receiving a refund.
