Dear Sir,
I have send a mail to ShoppersZone Customer Support for product damage & I have ordered shoes rack but I got different product that , so I sent a mail but they don’t give me any response of my mail. Please see the below my mail.

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Avinash Gupta, and I recently made a purchase from your online store. I am writing to bring to your attention some issues with the delivered parcel and to request a return and refund.

Upon receiving the parcel, I noticed that the contents were damaged, and the product does not match my expectations based on the description on your website. The specific issues I encountered are as follows:
Damage to the Parcel:
Damage Image already attached in mail please find the attachment.
Incorrect Product Received:
Specify how the received product differs from the product description on your website.
I have attached images of the damaged parcel and the incorrect product for your reference.
Considering the circumstances, I kindly request the following:
Return Process:
Please guide me on the steps to return the damaged and incorrect product. I would appreciate it if you could provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for the return shipping.
Refund:
Once the return is processed and the items are received, I request a full refund of the purchase amount. I used Phone Pay & Google Pay in this given Number(7024274802) for the transaction, and I expect the refund to be credited to the same account.
