Subject: Request for Resolution Regarding Incorrect Order Cancellation
Dear [Grievance Officer/Customer Support Team],
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an order I placed on Flipkart, which was incorrectly cancelled by the automated chatbot system without my consent.
Order Details:
• Order ID: OD332457033205953100
• Product: PUMA PUMA SHUFFLE X 1DER Sneakers For Men
• Order Date: Sep 30, 2024
• Offer Price: Rs. 303.0 + Shipping feeRs. 40
Issue Description:
On Sep 30, 2024. placed an order for the aforementioned product at the offer price. After placing the order, I engaged with the Flipkart chatbot to inquire if it was possible to change the size or colour of the item. During this inquiry, the chatbot automatically cancelled my order without my authorization.
Immediately after noticing the cancellation, I contacted Flipkart’s customer support team to resolve the issue. However, despite my efforts, I have not been provided with a satisfactory solution. The customer service representatives did not restore my order or offer any alternative, leaving me without the product at the discounted price I initially secured.
Request:
I kindly request that the following actions be taken:
1. Reinstatement of my original order at the offer price.
2. If reinstatement is not possible, I request an equivalent replacement or alternative compensation for the inconvenience caused.
3. I would also appreciate a formal explanation of why the order was cancelled without my consent and why the issue was not resolved through customer service.
As a loyal Flipkart customer, I trust that this issue will be handled promptly and fairly. I look forward to your swift resolution, as I believe this is a clear case of service deficiency and would appreciate a positive response before, I escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities.
